Hello Sixty-Niners:

We had 21 members present at this meeting held Prather’s Cues in Mooreland on April 13^th 2008 at 2:00 pm.

Our next meeting will be held on Sunday, May 11^th at 10:00 am at the Dog Pound after the Dirt Drags in Sharon.  Don’t forget your chairs or your non-perishable goods that we are collecting at our meetings now. 

The Waynoka Rattle Snake Hunt and Biker Rodeo went off without a hitch this year.  We had a great turn out and want to thank everyone that helped out this year.  We are going donate half of the gate money to the EMS as usual for their help; we are also going to donate some plaques and t-shirts to the City of Waynoka and to Litzenberger Construction.  They hauled in several loads of dirt to the arena for our rodeo and made sure our camp ground was user friendly.  We really appreciate all of the work that they did for us this year.  And to the Saddle Club for helping us get into contact with everyone that we needed, and they always let us use their facility.  On May 3^rd we are going to Waynoka and presenting the EMS and the rest of the people mentioned with moneys and plaques for all of their work.  We will be leaving from the Peppermint Lounge at 1:00 pm for those of you that want to ride with us.

Northwest Abate 69 has donated $1000.00 to the Judicial Fund to help fight the helmet law.  We are challenging all of our other State Chapters to do the same.  This is what we are all about right here.  This is for the federal level MRF.  This is for the freedom fighters so that they can use this money across the nation to overturn the helmet laws on constitutional laws. 

May 16^th is the Taco Supper from 5-8 at the Pioneer Room hope to see all of you there.  And don’t forget that May is Motorcycle Awareness Month!
